In 2005 Indonesia became the biggest producer of palm oil and surpassed Malaysia as the biggest produces of palm oil. Indonesia increased its production of palm oil in recent years to meet the international demand for palm oil.

Due to a high domestic demand of crude palm oil and the complexity of the international trade of crude palm oil and RBD Palm Olien, our sellers do not work with Incoterms 2000 CIF & CFR and thus only offer their crude palm oil FOB Indonesian port.

However, Marigold can assist in arranging the logistics to the end destination as Marigold works closely with a logistic company that has vessels that can transport a minimum of 10,000 metric ton (MT).
